Which geographic locations does BravoTECH serve?
- BravoTECH serves clients across the United States and overseas, with a majority of its business in Texas. Our corporate headquarters are in Dallas, Texas.

What are your rates for associates?
- Our rate for an associate is determined by the experience and skills required for the position, as well as the duration of the assignment. When an order is placed, our account manager will address the salary range for full-time and contract-to-hire positions, or the hourly rate for contract-to-hire and contract openings.

Is there a buy-out fee on contract-to-hire positions if we decide to hire earlier than the specified time period?
- BravoTECH will change the liquidation fee for conversions done in less than six months. The fee is a prorated amount minus hours already worked.

What kind of training does BravoTECH offer its employees?
- BravoTECH offers CBT (computer-based training) modules that are available to all contract employees. BravoTECH also provides assistance with testing costs (up to $250 per associate) for certifications that are required for associates to perform in their positions. This amount is reimbursed to the employee once the testing is completed and the portion being funded by BravoTECH is passed successfully.

What type of guarantee do you offer on your candidates?

Our primary concern is a successful working relationship. If this cannot be achieved we have the following reimbursement plan:
- For contract and contract-to-hire positions, we offer a three-day guarantee.
- For direct hire positions, BravoTECH offers a full guarantee for 30 days or free replacement.
- From 31-60 days we provide 50% money back or free replacement. From 61 90 days we offer free replacement.

Where and how do you recruit technical candidates?
- BravoTECH has a staff of senior technical recruiters that work in specific skills sets. Recruiter specialization allows them to become extremely knowledgeable about the available network of candidates within each skill set, and they know many of the local candidates on a first name basis. Our recruiters socialize within professional organizations to expand their network. Recruiting tools include the Internet (paid and unpaid Web sites), search engines, user groups, many networking activities and, most importantly, REFERRALS from other associates and networking connections to provide the best technical talent for our customers.
