Our Screening Process
BravoTECH employs the most advanced search, screening and candidate securing methodologies. We find top technical talent and then work behind the scenes to ensure that each candidate goes through our proven screening process. This process includes skills testing, resume review and verification, complete reference checks, and criminal background investigation. BravoTECH can provide additional screening and validation services as requested by your organization. Our candidate screening process often starts with a resume and phone screening. If our technical recruiter determines that a candidate is a qualified match, an in-person interview is scheduled. During the interview, candidates undergo skills testing specific to the position for which they are interviewing. In some instances, we also administer client-specified tests. Resume verification and reference checks are used to confirm work habits, technical capabilities, professionalism and a successful work history. We ask all candidates to provide at least three work-related references. We do more than just validate these references - we also investigate team dynamics, soft skills and technical proficiency. |
