A Message to Our Clients
BravoTECH has always been recognized for going the extra mile for clients and employees, and this has made the changes we’re making in response to the COVID-19 pandemic a bit easier. We’re used to rolling up our sleeves and getting the job done despite the challenges we face – and that’s what we are doing now.
Our top priority is the health and well-being of our clients and employees, including our associates who work for you. We are also committed to meeting your IT staffing needs with minimal disruption.
We’re listening to you
Our staffing professionals are working remotely and available to talk with you at any time. We are already collaborating with many of you to enable our associates to work from their homes. Our approach for every client is unique and based on your requirements. Should any of your employees become ill or are otherwise unable to work, we can provide additional staffing resources to ensure business continuity.
We created the BRASS program (BravoTECH Remote Associate Support System) to help you ensure business continuity through a remote workforce during the COVID-19 Pandemic. BRASS provides dedicated support to our associates working remotely for you on assignment, to resolve any technical or productivity issues that arise.

We’re in touch with employees
Our consultant care team is working closely with our associates who work for clients. Wherever possible, we are helping to facilitate remote/at-home work arrangements and appropriate processes. We have updated our remote work agreement for associates and have encouraged every associate to contact us about any challenges or issues they experience that may impact their ability to work and be productive. Changes to any aspect of an associate’s work location or work processes must be approved in writing by the client in advance.

Our policies are based on current guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the and local governments. As the guidance changes, we will discuss our response with you to determine any changes in our policies and procedures.
